Why GroupMe Is The Best Messaging App Around?

It’s hard to believe that no Group Messaging app actually stood out at this year’s South By Southwest (SXSW) conference, but what if you had to pick one?

Pop Agency, a design and tech firm, developed an infographic depicting the popularity of the group messaging apps around, by the number of times they were mentioned on Twitter between March 11-15th (during SXSW, that is).

And as we see it, GroupMe is unofficially the best group messaging app shown off at the SXSW, with Beluga taking the Second Place, and interestingly, Kik becoming the Best In Show.

Our choice differs a bit, as we would pick "GroupMe, Beluga and Fast Society" for the features they offer and ability to access them on ANY phone and on Data / SMS.
