National Moment of Remembrance




In 2000 then President Bill Clinton issued the National Moment of Remembrance resolution as a way for Americans "To voluntarily and informally observe in their own way a moment of remembrance and respect".
So as we go about enjoying today's festivities let's take a moment to remember and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
