What you'd be doing:

• Concepting with a copywriter to create fresh solutions to clients' business challenges (a.k.a. advertising)
• Art directing and designing for traditional, experiential and digital media
• Presenting work with passion and professionalism, both internally and to clients

• Creating Photoshop and InDesign files so tight, you could bounce a quarter off of those
suckers (familiarity with Flash a plus, but no programming required)

• Overseeing production to ensure mechanicals/final assets are up to snuff
• Hiring and supervising vendors, such as photographers and animators
• Staying current with the creative landscape and new technologies
• Demonstrating enthusiasm for the work and always striving to top yourself
