AEA KU4 Unidirectional Ribbon Microphone

The KU4 is AEA's interpretation of the legendary RCA KU3A, which is now a collector's item and regarded as one of the best ribbon mics ever. (The KU3A was originally made by RCA for the movie studios and less than 600 were made. It is known to have a very wide smooth response). The supercardiod pattern of the KU4 helps to reduce room reflections and the lack of proximity induced bass boost makes it a perfect choice for close miking.
